Know that there are folks here in Louisiana praying. I'm trusting God that He'll heal His people just as He did here after Katrina. We have a family member, who's a firefighter and Auburn alum, who went to do search and rescue in his hometown. We are so thankful that he was able to go home and help. He called just heartbroken over the devastation. My heart and prayers go out to you and your state.Chrislyn Hilaryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16209766855630938110noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6928307826796401852.post-48912095637929349682011-04-29T00:42:05.203-04:002011-04-29T00:42:05.203-04:00Amen!Amen!carolyn bradfordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14050791333379791302noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6928307826796401852.post-366722104467686622011-04-28T18:33:35.648-04:002011-04-28T18:33:35.648-04:00You, your family, and your beloved Alabama have my...You, your family, and your beloved Alabama have my prayers. All we can do is hold our fellow Alabamians up in prayer and help as much as we can.
When I saw the tornado going through Birmingham, my heart stopped because my daughter is in school at Samford, your alma mater.
So many hearts broken and homes destroyed, but we will be there for them for as long as it takes.
We love our Sweet Home Alabama.
Teresa
xoxoSplendid Sasshttp://www.splendidsass.blogstop.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6928307826796401852.post-84011216704388734032011-04-28T09:53:51.840-04:002011-04-28T09:53:51.840-04:00I know, girl. I live and grew up about 25 min north of Tuscaloosa, I went to the University of Alabama, I frequent the city limits. I can hardly watch the news, listen to the radio, get on facebook or twitter without seeing something that breaks my heart. It's so tragic, not just for my beloved Ttown but for the state of Alabama. A sorority sister of mine is in the hospital listed in critical condition, please keep her in your prayers.Lindsey Leighhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13385879230403386108noreply@blogger.com
